I have inherited arthritis and chronic joint issues throughout my body. My knee & thumbs were my latest problem. I went to my long time PT, Greg Ott, and after he treated me for several weeks, I asked him if he could recommend a non-surgical solution. He told me about NeoGenix. Even though my x-rays came back normal, the x-ray can’t pick up arthritis progression. The pain in my knee & thumbs were excruciating and I just wanted it to stop. I’m 6 weeks post injection and my thumbs are like new – no pain at all. My knee is mostly pain free – 85% pain free. A few tweaks sometimes, but the stem cell treatment kicks into high gear at the 3-6 month point. It will arrest the progression of the arthritis. I may have to get additional injections in the years to come for maintenance, but I will happily do that and be down just a few days, than have surgery and be down MONTHS at a time.

I am a 40+ year active male who started experiencing right hip pain. Over the months it continued to get worse and would lock up. After seeking the advice from OrthoCarolina I was diagnosed with a torn labrum and advised not to get surgery due to my age. I started physical therapy and while I was making progress it felt slow and my therapist asked if I had considered stem cell. I looked into and and thought it would be worth a try.
NeoGenix was one of the three places I visited but the only one that didn’t sound like a bunch of used car salesmen. They didn’t guarantee success and they didnt try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff that would not have helped me. They were honest about the procedure and what it would feel like.
Procedure: There is no easy way to say this but it was pretty painful. The extract wasnt bad, but the injection was probably a 6 or 7. I think its important to know this but understand the fact that I was dealing with pain that was about this bad or worse for months before the procedure, so to me the trade off was worth it. Aside from that discomfort the procedure itself was completed pretty quickly. I would say I spent a little over an hour on the table to get this done. That would not have happened with surgery.
Post Op: You will be a little sore, make sure you bring someone with you and follow the instructions they provide. I added fish oil to my treatment and cutout alcohol for a a little over a month afterward. You dont need to do this but I feel like it helped me heal faster. Keep up with PT during this process, it helps.
